EFFECTIVE ALLERGY TREATMENT WITH CHINESE MEDICINE
With pollen season fast approaching, Olympic athletes and commoners alike will flock to drugstores in search of OTC (over the counter) medicine to help treat their allergies. Year after year it’s the same routine, folks hopped up on pseudoephedrine, sedating antihistamines and nasal sprays in the hopes of relieving their itchy, watery eyes, sneezing, runny nose and congestion. For the lucky ones, symptoms are mild and easily controlled with OTC meds for a short period, for others, looking towards a Spring and Summer filled with more severe symptoms is nothing short of demoralizing.
